The Cardio Boxer has been tested according to the highest standards for professional use and meets our strict standards for quality and durability. For this reason, the manufacturer is able to offer a 12 month guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship on all products.

What is covered under this guarantee?
The guarantee covers defects in material and workmanship on all the parts in the Cardio Boxer series, from the date of purchase. The original purchase receipt is required as proof of purchase. What will the manufacture do to correct the problem? They will examine the product and decide, at their sole discretion, if it is covered under the guarantee. If considered covered, the manufacture, through its own service operations, will then at its sole discretion, either repair the defective product or replace it with the same or a comparable product.

What is not covered under this guarantee?
This guarantee does not apply to products in the Cardio Boxer that have been assembled incorrectly, used inappropriately, abused, misused, altered, or cleaned with the wrong cleaning methods or wrong cleaning products. This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, cuts or scratches, or damaged caused by impacts or accidents. This guarantee does not apply if products in the Cardio Boxer series have been placed outdoors or in a humid environment This guarantee does not cover consequential or incidental damages

Care Instructions:
Be sure you use the right wall fittings when you mount the frame to the wall. The material the wall is made of should be structurally sound. If you are uncertain, contact your local building specialist prior to installations. Tighten the bolts before and after use, and make sure they stay tight by checking them a couple of times per week. Wipe the equipment with a damp soft cloth.

Assembly:
Your Brand New Cardio Boxer will arrive flat packed with minimum assembly required. The instructions are written very simply and you’ll find it very easy to assemble. However if you do get stuck, the last thing we want is for you to get frustrated, so you can call us and we’ll walk you through the process. All you have to do is email us and we’ll arrange a time when you can call and we will walk you through the steps you are stuck on. No problem!
